This Privacy Policy explains what information the Kadra app (“Kadra”, “the app”) collects while you use it, how it's used, and how you can exercise your rights.
Information we collect
- Account information: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the email address (and name, if shared) provided by the sign-in provider.
- Profile information: The display name you set inside the app.
- Photos: Photos you take or upload in the films you join are stored with limited visibility until the film's host-chosen reveal time.
- Film and participant information: Information like the name, date, and participant list for films you create or join.
- Purchase information: When you buy a paid participant pack, transaction information is processed through Apple and our purchase infrastructure (RevenueCat) to verify the purchase. We never see your payment card details — those are handled solely by Apple.
Kadra doesn't use third-party SDKs to track you or show you ads. We only use Apple's and RevenueCat's purchase infrastructure to process purchases.
How we use your information
- To create your account and manage your session.
- To show you and other participants the photos in the films you join.
- To respond to support requests.
We never sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Photo visibility and moderation
In every film, the person enforcing the rules is the host who created it. You can report a photo you find inappropriate to the host; the host can remove the photo or, if needed, remove a participant from the film. There is no blocking feature between participants — moderation authority belongs solely to the host.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet our legal obligations. Your data is hosted on our infrastructure provider's servers in the European Union (Frankfurt) region.
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account and its associated data from inside the app via Profile > Delete Account. This action cannot be undone.
Age limit
Kadra is not designed for users under the age of 13.
